Brendan Waiyaki vs Ian Mwiraria

Boxing Daily Report from the Ndovi Promotions promoted show at Nairobi Bey, Nairobi,  taking place on 24/05/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Nairobi Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Brendan Waiyaki (5 - 4 - 5) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Ian Mwiraria(9 - 3 - 1) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Waiyaki weighed in at 111 pounds and 7 ounces, while Mwiraria weighed in at 111 pounds and 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Shaun Arusei, and the three ringside judges are Joe Mwirichia, Shaun Chelangat and Lisimba Kimeli.
