Carlo Papapietro vs Alberto Balconi

Boxing Daily Report from the Cestrian promotions promoted show at Centro Sportivo Crespi, Milan,  taking place on 17/05/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Carlo Papapietro (4 - 2 - 1) who hails from Rome, Italy and Alberto Balconi(2 - 9 - 2) from Naples, Italy.  Papapietro weighed in at 200 pounds, while Balconi weighed in at 199 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Giuseppe Pizzorno, and the three ringside judges are Giuseppe Ezzo, Vico Lama and Mariano Mariani.
