Alejandro Marques vs Isidro Serna

Boxing Daily Report from the Rourke & Salvador promoted show at Córdoba Tijerina, Córdoba,  taking place on 11/05/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Alejandro Marques (6(2) - 0) who hails from Córdoba, Argentina and Isidro Serna(4 - 1) from Mendoza, Argentina.  Both Marques and Serna weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Juan Plasencia, and the three ringside judges are Juan Dorado, Kiki Alvidrez and Desiderio Zermeno.  

Round 1: 

Marques steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.
