Dillon Cecil vs Leighton Alison

Boxing Daily Report from the Baddog promoted show at Royal York Hotel, Toronto,  taking place on 21/05/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Dillon Cecil (4 - 0) who hails from Toronto, Canada and Leighton Alison(8 - 3 - 2) from Toronto, Canada.  Both Cecil and Alison weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Scott Hughes, and the three ringside judges are Mark Nixon, Mel Harvey and Leo Gaddie.  

Round 1: 

Cecil advances into close range and attempts to land a right hook, but Alison blocks the shot and counters with a cross.
