Khalid Tantawi vs Kazim Kazemi

Boxing Daily Report from the UAE Boxing promoted show at Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Dubai, Dubai,  taking place on 01/06/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Khalid Tantawi (10 - 1) who hails from Abu Dhabi, UAE and Kazim Kazemi(6 - 8 - 3) from Samarqand, Uzbekistan.  Tantawi weighed in at 114 pounds and 14 ounces, while Kazemi weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Waleed Yacoub, and the three ringside judges are Rehan Jabbour, Haider Albishi and Syed Gazal.  

Round 1: 

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Kazemi dabs at his face checking for damage.
