Juan Marmolejo vs Angel Gurule

Boxing Daily Report from the Mashaba Promotions promoted show at Gervasio Cortes Gym, Managua,  taking place on 27/05/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nicaragua Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ESTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Juan Marmolejo (8 - 5 - 1) who hails from Managua, Nicaragua and Angel Gurule(5 - 5 - 3) from Managua, Nicaragua.  Marmolejo weighed in at 122 pounds, while Gurule weighed in at 121 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Zacarias Balan, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Pimienta, Joaquin Galea and Alvino Albo.
