Nelson Akubeze vs Mohsin Nasrallah

Boxing Daily Report from the Glove Shack promoted show at National Theatre, Lagos,  taking place on 27/05/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Lagos State Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nelson Akubeze (7 - 1 - 1) who hails from Lagos, Nigeria and Mohsin Nasrallah(5 - 1 - 2) from Lagos, Nigeria.  Akubeze weighed in at 239 pounds and 10 ounces, while Nasrallah weighed in at 257 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rehan Wakim, and the three ringside judges are Obafemi Orelesi, Orji Olatuga and Sam Ofodile.
