Ludacris Nguni vs Irfan Moustafa

Boxing Daily Report from the Donnelly Boxing promoted show at Sulaiman Makinka Gym, Kitwe,  taking place on 19/05/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Ludacris Nguni (5 - 0) who hails from Lusaka, Zambia and Irfan Moustafa(6 - 7 - 5) from Kenitra, Morocco.  Both Nguni and Moustafa weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Napoleon Mwaanga, and the three ringside judges are Deion Kalilele, Tevin Chamuka and Tavarius Kasanka.  

Round 1: 

Nguni is on target with a right hook.  
Nguni advances into close range and manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Nguni lands two right hooks followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Nguni clinches his opponent.  Nguni pushes his forearm into Moustafa's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Nguni gets on the inside and throws a left uppercut, but the shot is blocked.  Nguni clinches his opponent.  Nguni leans on his opponent using all his weight. Nguni is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Nguni to stop fouling.  
Nguni lands a left uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Nguni advances into close range and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Nguni manages to force Moustafa into the blue corner.  Nguni connects with a left uppercut.  Nguni clinches his opponent.  Nguni leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Nguni throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Nguni.  
Nguni lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Nguni holds on to his opponent.  Nguni leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Nguni gets on the inside and manages to force Moustafa onto the ropes.  Nguni lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Nguni closes the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.
