Malik Khalidi vs Haaris Khan

Boxing Daily Report from the Mayat Promotions promoted show at Medina Jarrar, Medina,  taking place on 31/05/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Saudi Arabia Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Malik Khalidi (13 - 1) who hails from Dammam, Saudi Arabia and Haaris Khan(6 - 5 - 1) from Medina, Saudi Arabia.  Both Khalidi and Khan weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kamran Harron, and the three ringside judges are Zuffur Rushdi, Abdul Asker and Adnan Qubaisi.  

Round 1: 

Khalidi sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Khan throws a right hook, but Khalidi clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Khalidi pushes his forearm into Khan's face.  The referee warns Khalidi and breaks the clinch.  
Khalidi lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Khalidi lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.
