Berto Pompa vs Desiderio Rosario

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Spain-Basque Country promoted show at Diego Angulo Gym, Vitoria-Gasteiz,  taking place on 31/05/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Spain-Basque Country Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Berto Pompa (7 - 2 - 1) who hails from Bilbao, Spain and Desiderio Rosario(7 - 3 - 1) from Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain.  Both Pompa and Rosario weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Campoverde, and the three ringside judges are Alejandro Perdomo, Joaquin Urenda and Carlos Checo.  

Round 1: 

Pompa pivots to the left of his opponent.  Rosario hits home with a cross.
