Circinus Diago vs Charles Tapie

Boxing Daily Report from the Danquah Promotions promoted show at Dakar Nolle, Dakar,  taking place on 31/05/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Senegal-Dakar Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on RTS, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Circinus Diago (7 - 1) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Charles Tapie(8 - 4 - 1) from Dakar, Senegal.  Both Diago and Tapie weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Borden Gladieux, and the three ringside judges are Sid Soumah, Laurent Courtellemont and Rush de Brosse.
