Brett Delaney vs Daniel McGuire

Boxing Daily Report from the Cestrian promotions promoted show at Neptune Sports Center, Cork,  taking place on 13/07/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Brett Delaney (8 - 1) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Daniel McGuire(2 - 9 - 4) from Tallaght, Ireland.  Both Delaney and McGuire weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sam Brody, and the three ringside judges are Kieran Mulloy, Conor McCrory and Conor McCrory.  

Round 1: 

Delaney lands a solid jab.  
McGuire connects with a cross.
