Kyle Kinion vs Henry Meston

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Peaks Ice Arena, Provo,  taking place on 04/07/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on MSG Network, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kyle Kinion (16(12) - 1) who hails from Ottawa, Canada and Henry Meston(11 - 5(2) - 1) from Detroit, USA.  Both Kinion and Meston weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rhod Gubay, and the three ringside judges are Arran Doyle, Neil Probert and Edward Cary.  

Round 1: 

Kinion lands a left hook followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Kinion manages to force Meston into the red corner.  Meston throws a left hook, but Kinion ties up his opponent.  Kinion is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Kinion about fouling.

Kinion gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Kinion ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Meston pushes his forearm into Kinion's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.
