Leon Crum vs Declan Harper

Boxing Daily Report from the Simwala Promotions promoted show at Portland Lennox, Portland,  taking place on 02/06/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Pacific Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leon Crum (11 - 1(1) - 1) who hails from Eugene, USA and Declan Harper(15 - 1 - 1) from Los Angeles, USA.  Crum weighed in at 175 pounds, while Harper weighed in at 174 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is William Terrace, and the three ringside judges are Rob Tolmie, Alec Romo and James Mardock.  

Round 1: 

Harper lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Crum gets on the inside and connects with a left hook.  
Crum steps inside.  Harper attempts to land a left hook, but Crum slips the shot and counters with a right hook.
