Sam De la Torre vs Kian Gethin

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Arizona promoted show at Tempe Letson, Tempe,  taking place on 02/06/2024:

Clearly AI USA-Arizona have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-SouthWest Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sam De la Torre (13(2) - 2) who hails from Albuquerque, USA and Kian Gethin(10 - 3(1) - 4) from Chandler, USA.  Both De la Torre and Gethin weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Will Erwood, and the three ringside judges are Rex Kinzie, Paul Pilar and Antwan Carson.  

Round 1: 

De la Torre sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Gethin is on target with a jab.  
De la Torre gets on the inside and throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the punch.  De la Torre clinches his opponent.  De la Torre pushes his forearm into Gethin's face.  The referee warns De la Torre and breaks the clinch.
