Kenji Ueda vs Satoshi Takashima

Boxing Daily Report from the Ekstein Promotions promoted show at Fukuoka Matsuoka, Fukuoka,  taking place on 02/07/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Japan-Tokyo Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kenji Ueda (9 - 6 - 2) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Satoshi Takashima(4 - 6 - 1) from Tokyo, Japan.  Both Ueda and Takashima weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kazuhiko Matsuda, and the three ringside judges are Kazuhiko Fujii, Raiden Oyama and Takeshi Shiba.

Takashima hits home with a right hook.

Ueda steps inside and manouvers his opponent into the red corner.  Ueda digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  As Takashima tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Ueda dabs at his face checking for damage.
