Phil Platter vs Bob Graden

Boxing Daily Report from the Smoking Joe promoted show at Stramler Park, Bakersfield,  taking place on 11/06/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Phil Platter (5(1) - 0) who hails from Phoenix, USA and Bob Graden(7 - 6 - 3) from San Antonio, USA.  Both Platter and Graden weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dale Slaight, and the three ringside judges are Vicente Quijas, John Benitez and Sam Gaddie.  

Round 1: 

Graden lands a jab to his opponents body.  
Graden forces Platter to retreat onto the ropes.  Platter is on target with a left uppercut.  
Platter lands a straight 1 - 2.
