Shane Cassidy vs Andon á Batchev

Boxing Daily Report from the Ten Count Promotions promoted show at Hull City Hall, Hull,  taking place on 29/06/2024:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shotgun Shane Cassidy (13(12) - 0) who hails from Galway, Ireland and Andon á Batchev(9 - 3) from Sofia, Bulgaria.  Both Cassidy and Batchev weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David Duffy, and the three ringside judges are Ronald McAlinden, Ken McRoberts and Stuart Apted.  

Round 1: 

Cassidy pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a jab.
