Ponce Laurel vs Juan Salamat

Boxing Daily Report from the Kaiche Promotions promoted show at Zamboanga City Calupig, Zamboanga City,  taking place on 24/06/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Philippines-Zamboanga del Sur Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ponce Laurel (10 - 5 - 1) who hails from Zamboanga City, Philippines and Juan Salamat(5 - 12 - 4) from Zamboanga City, Philippines.  Laurel weighed in at 122 pounds, while Salamat weighed in at 121 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Michael Halum, and the three ringside judges are David Makalintal, Diego Dagsi and Santiago Amicay.
