Hernan Olivera vs Onofre Alvaro

Boxing Daily Report from the Chilembe Promotions promoted show at Havana Abalos, Havana,  taking place on 15/06/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Cuba-Havana Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hernan Olivera (12 - 2) who hails from Havana, Cuba and Onofre Alvaro(10 - 6) from Havana, Cuba.  Olivera weighed in at 126 pounds, while Alvaro weighed in at 125 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Agapetus Triana, and the three ringside judges are Cipriano Gomez, Alfonso Fiel and Pedro Pico.
