Alfonso Morales vs Montel Beltran

Boxing Daily Report from the Sianga Promotions promoted show at Cali Reynoso, Cali,  taking place on 15/06/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Colombia Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CARACOL, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alfonso Morales (15 - 2) who hails from Cali, Colombia and Montel Beltran(6 - 6(3) - 3) from Barranquilla, Colombia.  Morales weighed in at 175 pounds, while Beltran weighed in at 174 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Miguel Luz, and the three ringside judges are Rodrigo Toral, Santiago Leo and Vicente Orihuela.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Morales.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.
