Franco Avella vs Juan Ceron

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Dominican Republic-Santo Domingo promoted show at Miguel Civil Gym, Santo Domingo Norte,  taking place on 17/06/2024:

Clearly AI Dominican Republic-Santo Domingo have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Santo Domingo Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Franco Avella (4 - 5 - 4) who hails from Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic and Juan Ceron(5 - 9 - 1) from Santo Domingo Oeste, Dominican Republic.  Both Avella and Ceron weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Luis Manzanares, and the three ringside judges are Jaguar Nazario, Joaquin Onate and Oleos Triano.  

Round 1: 

Ceron advances into close range.  Avella connects with a left hook.  
Ceron closes the distance and connects with a right hook.
