Willaperht Stobbe vs Ring Henckel

Boxing Daily Report from the Ankrah Promotions promoted show at Alex Sportzentrum, Nuremberg,  taking place on 29/06/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Germany-Bremen Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Willaperht Stobbe (13 - 1 - 3) who hails from Bremerhaven, Germany and Ring Henckel(2 - 11 - 3) from Bremerhaven, Germany.  Stobbe weighed in at 237 pounds and 15 ounces, while Henckel weighed in at 241 pounds and 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Yale Dang, and the three ringside judges are Lothaire Martens, Godfrey Sautter and Jorn Jenning.  

Round 1: 

Stobbe connects with a left hook.

Stobbe has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.
