Boxing Daily Report from the Hennessy Boxing promoted show at Convention & Exhibition Centre, Melbourne,  taking place on 19/07/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Oceania Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fox Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ricky Newall (6 - 0) who hails from Sydney, Australia and Sid Liddell(11 - 1 - 2) from Perth, Australia.  Both Newall and Liddell weighed in at 167 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Bruce Munhall, and the three ringside judges are Nathan Savas, Jake Denniston and Mark Stein.
