Reyes Ruis vs Rio Taveras

Boxing Daily Report from the Adabor Promotions promoted show at Guatemala City Jose, Guatemala City,  taking place on 19/06/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Guatemala-Guatemala Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Reyes Ruis (8 - 5 - 1) who hails from Guatemala City, Guatemala and Rio Taveras(8 - 3 - 1) from Guatemala City, Guatemala.  Ruis weighed in at 140 pounds, while Taveras weighed in at 139 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Zacarias Riso, and the three ringside judges are Reynaldo Ruis, Angel Milanes and Neron Soza.
