Lennie Gieselman vs Martell Gergen

Boxing Daily Report from the Appiah Promotions promoted show at Hanover Marquart, Hanover,  taking place on 20/06/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Germany-Lower Saxony Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SPORT1, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lennie Gieselman (13 - 0 - 1) who hails from Braunschweig, Germany and Martell Gergen(12 - 1) from Braunschweig, Germany.  Gieselman weighed in at 134 pounds and 15 ounces, while Gergen weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lodovico Johnsen, and the three ringside judges are Burk Alberding, Baltasar Markert and Jaye Dehner.
