Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Ashanti promoted show at Kumasi Darko, Kumasi,  taking place on 20/06/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ghana-Ashanti Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kentay Andam (9 - 4 - 3) who hails from Kumasi, Ghana and Faisal Mitri(4 - 0 - 1) from Kumasi, Ghana.  Both Andam and Mitri weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Louis Nkrumah, and the three ringside judges are Amon Amartey, Andy Salawu and Faraji Anyidoho.  

Round 1: 

Mitri closes the distance and digs in a right hook to his opponents ribcage.
