Shayan Sharif vs Adam Yeamans

Boxing Daily Report from the Smoking Joe promoted show at Stramler Park, Bakersfield,  taking place on 25/06/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Shayan Sharif (2(1) - 0) who hails from Bakersfield, USA and Adam Yeamans(5 - 8(1) - 1) from Houston, USA.  Both Sharif and Yeamans weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Felix Gibson, and the three ringside judges are Peter Ardis, Glynn Flockhart and Adam Moreno.

Sharif uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Yeamans behind the head. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Yeamans uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Sharif behind the head. Sharif pushes his forearm into Yeamans's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Sharif to stop fouling.

Sharif steps to the outside.  Sharif senses Yeamans is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Sharif lands a right hook followed by a cross to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS YEAMANS DOWN!  He tries to rise but his legs dont respond...the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Sharif!
