Darrell Gedeon vs Gerard de Bergerac

Boxing Daily Report from the AI France-Rhone-Alpes promoted show at Donatien Perec Gym, Lyon,  taking place on 24/06/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the France-Rhone-Alpes Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Darrell Gedeon (7 - 6 - 1) who hails from Saint-Etienne, France and Gerard de Bergerac(13 - 2) from Villeurbanne, France.  Gedeon weighed in at 167 pounds And 2 ounces, while de Bergerac weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Russel de Pizan, and the three ringside judges are Landry Perrault, Cable Nin and Cable Nin.  

Round 1: 

Gedeon tries to keep the action at long range and tries to land a cross, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right hook to his opponents ribs.
