Boxing Daily Report from the Frank Smith’s Tea Boy Promotions promoted show at First Direct Arena, Leeds,  taking place on 01/06/2024:

Clearly Frank Smith’s Tea Boy Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sports, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Mohsin Rohanna (0 - 0) who hails from Medina, Saudi Arabia and Edwyn Ladd(0 - 1 - 2) from Coventry, UK.  Both Rohanna and Ladd weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ronald McAlinden, and the three ringside judges are Daniel McPhillips, Henry Paterson and Chris Murphy.

Ladd drives a left uppercut into Rohanna's body.  Ladd tries to land a right hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Ladd gets on the inside.  Rohanna lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  As Rohanna tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Ladd dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Ladd closes the distance.  Rohanna throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Rohanna clinches his opponent.  Rohanna pushes his forearm into Ladd's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Rohanna about fouling.

Rohanna digs in a left uppercut to Ladd's body.  
Ladd advances into close range.  Rohanna digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  Rohanna holds on to his opponent.  Rohanna tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Ladd behind the head. Rohanna hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch.
