Boxing Daily Report from the Donnelly Boxing promoted show at Chris Beenzu Gym, Kitwe,  taking place on 30/06/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Oringo Kalusa (6 - 0) who hails from Lusaka, Zambia and Desiderio Mallen(6 - 8 - 2) from Puente Alto, Chile.  Both Kalusa and Mallen weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tevin Chamuka, and the three ringside judges are Denzel Silwimba, Napoleon Mwaanga and Kwamin Ilunga.  

Round 1: 

Mallen steps to the outside.  Kalusa lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.
