Vicente Capistran vs Cris Villarruel

Boxing Daily Report from the Aqua Marines Promotions promoted show at Coliseo Roberto Clemente, San Juan,  taking place on 13/07/2024:

Clearly Aqua Marines Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Puerto Rico Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Vicente Capistran (8 - 0) who hails from San Juan, Puerto Rico and Cris Villarruel(7 - 2 - 1) from Bayamon, Puerto Rico.  Both Capistran and Villarruel weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Quico Sereno, and the three ringside judges are Ulises Monforte, Ulises Monforte and Aimon Linares.  

Round 1:
