Ellis Manyeruke vs Shontae Methema

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Gold Reef Entertainment Centre, Johannesburg,  taking place on 13/06/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Ellis Manyeruke (5 - 0) who hails from Harare, Zimbabwe and Shontae Methema(6 - 6 - 3) from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.  Both Manyeruke and Methema weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Quaashie Duncan, and the three ringside judges are John Nzambi, Vuyisile Sekola and Tokelo Motupa.
