Declan Abbey vs Steven Colie

Boxing Daily Report from the AL Promotions promoted show at Maples Pavillion, San Francisco,  taking place on 28/06/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-California Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fox Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Declan Abbey (9 - 7 - 4) who hails from San Jose, USA and Steven Colie(10 - 9 - 1) from Santa Ana, USA.  Abbey weighed in at 135 pounds, while Colie weighed in at 134 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Sam Leamon, and the three ringside judges are Rob Prichard, John Malpass and Cris Villagomez.
