Kong Jew vs Nao Niwa

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Fukuoka promoted show at AL Gym, Fukuoka,  taking place on 02/07/2024:

Clearly AI Japan-Fukuoka have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kong Jew (6 - 0) who hails from Hangzhou, China and Nao Niwa(4 - 2) from Nishinomiya, Japan.  Jew weighed in at 159 pounds and 13 ounces, while Niwa weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Iwao Kusumoto, and the three ringside judges are Fumio Hara, Kaede Kuba and Ryuu Komatsu.  

Round 1: 

Niwa hits home with a cross.
