Shinji Nakao vs Taro Akiyama

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Fukuoka promoted show at ACROS Arena Hall, Fukuoka,  taking place on 01/07/2024:

Clearly AI Japan-Fukuoka have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Shinji Nakao (5 - 0 - 1) who hails from Kawaguchi, Japan and Taro Akiyama(2 - 1 - 3) from Tokyo, Japan.  Nakao weighed in at 126 pounds, while Akiyama weighed in at 125 pounds And 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Hisao Kamei, and the three ringside judges are Yoshi Ogura, Hisao Kamei and Fumio Hara.
