Alejandro Leston vs Vegas Aro

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Jalisco promoted show at Rodrigo Olan Gym, Zapopan,  taking place on 05/07/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Jalisco Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alejandro Leston (7 - 6 - 7) who hails from Guadalajara, Mexico and Vegas Aro(6 - 3 - 5) from Guadalajara, Mexico.  Both Leston and Aro weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Luis Meraz, and the three ringside judges are Diego Milian, Angel Chavera and Jeraldo Canada.  

Round 1: 

Aro closes the distance and hits home with a right uppercut.  
Aro walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Leston is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Aro pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.
