Boxing Daily Report from the Frank Smith’s Tea Boy Promotions promoted show at Copper Box Arena, London,  taking place on 17/08/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the European Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alastair McAlpin (9(5) - 0) who hails from Preston, UK and Samuil á Ryzhenkov(9 - 4(1) - 1 - 1(NC)) from Varna, Bulgaria.  McAlpin weighed in at 130 pounds, while Ryzhenkov weighed in at 129 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Paul Lennon, and the three ringside judges are Daniel Ivers, Michael Kavanagh and Greg Raia.
