Odilon Mendy vs Antoine de Saint-Exupery

Boxing Daily Report from the Wigwam Promotions promoted show at Wigwam Gym, Dakar,  taking place on 07/07/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Odilon Mendy (3 - 0) who hails from Pikine, Senegal and Antoine de Saint-Exupery(0 - 1 - 4) from Pikine, Senegal.  Both Mendy and de Saint-Exupery weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mallory Saheli, and the three ringside judges are Forrest Coly, Brigham Coly and Royal Ankah.  

Round 1: 

Mendy steps back and leans on the ropes with his guard up.  de Saint-Exupery is whaling away with hooks, but Mendy keeps his defence tight.
