Fanuco Ramundo vs Santiago Adames

Boxing Daily Report from the Maphatsoe Promotions promoted show at Cipriano Mancera Gym, La Paz,  taking place on 15/07/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Bolivia-La Paz Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fanuco Ramundo (2 - 7 - 3) who hails from El Alto, Bolivia and Santiago Adames(6 - 5 - 3) from La Paz, Bolivia.  Ramundo weighed in at 154 pounds, while Adames weighed in at 152 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Reyes, and the three ringside judges are Quito Merlo, Rodrigo Porto and Leonel Grajales.  

Round 1: 

Ramundo gets on the inside and is on target with a right hook.  
Adames pivots to the left of his opponent andRamundo wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Adames dabs at his face checking for damage.
