Aimon Merlos vs Santiago Malave

Boxing Daily Report from the Lusungo Promotions promoted show at El Alto Vinas, El Alto,  taking place on 15/07/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Bolivia-La Paz Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Tigo Bolivia, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Aimon Merlos (13 - 1 - 1) who hails from El Alto, Bolivia and Santiago Malave(4 - 0) from La Paz, Bolivia.  Both Merlos and Malave weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Pablo Amador, and the three ringside judges are Ponce Mamon, Xaver Curiel and Francisco Quintanar.
