Alejandro Balasco vs Pancho Fanta

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Costa Rica-San Jose promoted show at San Jose Penate, San Jose,  taking place on 16/07/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Costa Rica Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Repretel Channel 11, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alejandro Balasco (6 - 2 - 2) who hails from San Jose, Costa Rica and Pancho Fanta(7 - 3 - 1) from San Jose, Costa Rica.  Both Balasco and Fanta weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Pancho Marroquin, and the three ringside judges are Marco Leo, Oro Serbin and Ivan Rada.
