Bruce Priddy vs James Douglas

Boxing Daily Report from the Namugerwa Promotions promoted show at Calgary Usher, Calgary,  taking place on 16/07/2024:

Clearly Namugerwa Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Canada-Alberta Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Network, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bruce Priddy (11 - 0 - 2) who hails from Calgary, Canada and James Douglas(8 - 3 - 4) from Edmonton, Canada.  Priddy weighed in at 252 pounds and 10 ounces, while Douglas weighed in at 239 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rob Spade, and the three ringside judges are Connor Bonnie, Wayne Gall and Malcolm Jones.
