Rafael Mar vs Carlos Ferrera

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Pichincha promoted show at Quito Leo, Quito,  taking place on 18/07/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ecuador-Pichincha Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rafael Mar (2 - 1) who hails from Quito, Ecuador and Carlos Ferrera(5 - 1) from Quito, Ecuador.  Mar weighed in at 160 pounds, while Ferrera weighed in at 159 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Joaquin Santillanes, and the three ringside judges are Manuel Moralez, Diego Pareja and Manuel Moralez.
