Lucas Bohlen vs Beck Beckius

Boxing Daily Report from the Big Bang Promotions promoted show at Grand Central, Stockholm,  taking place on 16/07/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Lucas Bohlen (6 - 0) who hails from Gothenburg, Sweden and Beck Beckius(4 - 1 - 1) from Stockholm, Sweden.  Both Bohlen and Beckius weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is William Malstrom, and the three ringside judges are Edward Marken, Per Thun and Gustav Selin.  

Round 1: 

Beckius steps inside and tries to land a left hook, but Bohlen sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Bohlen cuts off the ring, trapping Beckius in a corner.  Bohlen is keeping his hands low...it looks like he wants his opponent to throw first.  Beckius lands a cross.

Bohlen throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Beckius walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Bohlen lands a jab.  
Beckius gets on the inside and forces Bohlen to retreat into a corner.  Bohlen lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Bohlen steps inside and lands a firm left hook.  
Bohlen lowers his guard, attempting to draw a lead.  Beckius lands a cross to his opponents body.

Beckius closes the distance.  Beckius sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Bohlen lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  
Bohlen lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Beckius throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores Bohlen's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
