Mike Kinyonga vs Connor Oduya

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Kasarani indoor arena, Nairobi,  taking place on 24/08/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Kenya Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WWX Sport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Mike Kinyonga (11(6) - 1) who hails from Ruiru, Kenya and Connor Oduya(10 - 3(1) - 1) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Both Kinyonga and Oduya weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rob Birdi, and the three ringside judges are Faisal Shaheen, Shaun Arusei and Richie Bitok.  

Round 1: 

Kinyonga drives a cross into Oduya's body.
