Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at San Jose Boxing Club, San Jose,  taking place on 26/08/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-California Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on MSG Network, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Corey Seff (9(5) - 3) who hails from Chula Vista, USA and Owen Christy(9 - 3) from Los Angeles, USA.  Seff weighed in at 174 pounds And 10 ounces, while Christy weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Darling, and the three ringside judges are Dylan Waddell, John Rhydderch and Tobias Brash.
