Jevonte Mayat vs Declan Adade

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Azumah Nelson Sports Complex, Accra,  taking place on 26/07/2024:

Clearly African Fusion have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ghana Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jevonte Mayat (13 - 2 - 2) who hails from Accra, Ghana and Declan Adade(4 - 0 - 2) from Kumasi, Ghana.  Both Mayat and Adade weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Adu, and the three ringside judges are Neil Sribor, Roshaun Adu and Otieno Afrifa.
