Lee Jernigan vs Isaak Popoff

Boxing Daily Report from the Frank Smith’s Tea Boy Promotions promoted show at Yubileyny Sports Palace, Saint Petersburg,  taking place on 05/08/2024:

Clearly Frank Smith’s Tea Boy Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Russia, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Lee Jernigan (5 - 0) who hails from London, UK and Isaak Popoff(13 - 5 - 1) from Saint Petersburg, Russia.  Jernigan weighed in at 147 pounds, while Popoff weighed in at 146 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Boris Shubin, and the three ringside judges are Aleksei Ponkrashov, Timofei Legkov and Timofei Gankin.  

Round 1:
