Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Tokyo International Forum, Tokyo,  taking place on 16/08/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Tokyo, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Taro Kobe (7 - 0) who hails from Hiroshima, Japan and Hiro Matsubara(4 - 3) from Kure, Japan.  Both Kobe and Matsubara weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jiro Fukumoto, and the three ringside judges are Ichiro Kaya, Ichiro Tsukamoto and Kaede Toyama.
